Join the Collective. Participation in Cider Salon Canada is by application. We are looking for makers who are committed to crafting fine cider. Before applying, please ensure your portfolio meets the Salon requirements.

Only ciders in glass bottles. No canned or bagged product.
750mL bottles preferred but other sizes will be considered.

A minimum of 3 skus must be poured. All ciders must be pre-approved.

Yes. We will have a farmers’ market designation. So if you can sell at Ontario farmers’ markets, you can sell at the Salon
